How to describe this show? Theatre. Exactly like a drama in a theatre where belief suspension is a necessity. It bears no relationship whatsoever to any policing process in any country though and because it's filmed with detail (is not a theatrical backdrop" the expectation never escapes you that what you are watching is true procedure. Unfortunately this doesn't work for me as despite being open minded I couldn't quite escape every jarring drift from procedure. Some of the acting is acceptable and the separate soap aside of the relationships of the interviewing detectives is interesting yet too skinny to engage. I think those most likely to engage well with this (and it seems there are a lot) are those who enjoy soap operas.
