i thought it was a fair read. i personally liked the characters in the book and feel that he did a good job with the characters, however my complaint is that everything seems to happen to fast at the end. the plot of the story seems rushed after the sniper breaks his neck. I would have enjoyed more about the killer being prosecuted, or behind the scenes with the killer, as we got with the Camino island on the book thief's. The novel bounced around and at times was hard to follow but eventually if you keep reading it all comes together by the end to sum up the novel well. overall a fun, good read, at points rushed but the plot was interesting and Bruce cable is quite the character in my opinion The ending is worth the boring beginning about storm Leo. Quick read so I would recommend but Camino island was a better read.
