They don't have any backup software at all and when u grind for ever and finally get a rarity item and connection is lost to server but u keep connection to the party, its not their fault but it was my Internet even those it's wired and never have issues...buddy during same party had same issue and list his rarity items too...they don't care, so I vote this game doesn't have the backing of a good developed game. And the support service is Terrible.
