I consider myself a non judgmental person and have watched I am jazz out of curiosity and interest in sex change. But I must say that I just cannot watch another minute of the program ! It wasn’t because jazz wanted to become a female and I thought it was great that her her family were so supportive, I am a mother and I just could not imagine how difficult this would be when your son decides to be a woman. The family is all crazy and yes I wanted it to be happy ever after for jazz but nooooo. The weight gain yesss it’s connected with her mental health and changes to becoming female. And she she is still in denial of this fact. She is totally screwed up and her whole family is. For gods sake get a grip on reality!! It’s obvious to anyone stable that a sex change is going to have a huge impact on mental health. The family needs to back off and let jazz sort out her own life and identity. Similar to having a child addicted to drugs you have to let go or let be. I am sure she could have gone to Harvard as a male or whatever and now he’s screwed up his whole life . I’m beyond words to how insane the whole family is and if it’s just for a Tv show then that’s so sad.
