Overall the movie was too long. I loved the original movie and play. The songs were not memorable and went on way too long. The Galinda character was a one dimensional, dim witted, dumb blond and very irritating. The scenes were disjointed one to the next and I didn’t care about what was happening. Children will not want to sit through this movie. The movie had over the top sets and costumes that were to be expected and it all gave me a headache.
