Silly me for not reading the reviews prior to starting the 21 day Bone Broth Diet. I gave it 2 stars due to skin & digestion improvements, but I would give 0 stars for weight management & appetite suppression. Not only that, but the recipes are hardly “gourmet” as Dr KellyAnn states in her book. I am 66, I walk 10,000 steps a day, I workout with weights 5 days per week & needed to lose 16 lbs of “Covid Weight”. I lost 3lbs on the 21 day diet & felt tired, irritable, & hungry (with intense cravings which I never ever get) for the entire duration. I will stick to Intermittent Fasting from here on in. It was disappointing 🥴
