I just watched Jigra on Netflix, and now I understand why it flopped. The movie is poorly written with an extremely weak storyline, filled with ridiculous and low-quality action sequences. The emotional scenes lack any depth, which is disappointing given that the film is supposed to be centered around childhood trauma and the bond between siblings. The connection and chemistry between the characters are nonexistent, and not a single scene managed to make me feel sympathy or shed a tear for them. I had high hopes for Vedang Raina, but unfortunately, he did not deliver his best performance here. Alia Bhatt needs to step away from her Gangubai persona her deep voice and stiff expression do not suit this role at all. Overall, it was a waste of time.
