Chris Elder

It is one of my favorites. Beautiful, simple, moving, and funny. Pamela Aldon is absolutely perfect! She is divorced, working mom raising 3 daughters. To those on the outside looking in (like the audience) she is such a rock and a badass. From her perspective, she always seems to be in doubt or overwhelmed. It is so real and relatable that you believe every actor in every moment and you can relate to a lot of them. It is a gem and an example of how a weekly TV show can still be art, as well as entertaining without CGI or big events or big actors. The series is ending now, so I am bummed about that. I will probably watch it again in its entirety
