Honestly as someone who grew up on the assassin‘s creed franchise starting from the very first assassin‘s creed, playing every single game to the extent to Valhalla. I’ve come to the conclusion that although Since the reboot of assassin’s creed origins, which I found difficult to like but understood the circumstances of what the game was trying to be. I was still lost in the massive quest log of origins and odyssey that the game presented. Although after playing nearly 60 hours in the Valhalla, I have found that their new technique and their combination of old and new has brought a vast new and needed freshness and intrigue into the saga of Assassins Creed franchise. Which I can completely understand as an OG player myself where the differences between each game can draw either dramatically different changes and perceptions or sometimes none at all. Let’s face it some assassin‘s creed games are entirely different than others and some are not! However, I had a lot of fun and the new technique of exploring quests which were side-quest, I definitely had more intriguing times trying to figure out certain quests and or treasure locations! Which in previous games I was never fancy to. Nonetheless I know all players will not accept the game for what it is, as they wish upon a return to previous sanctions of the game. However I genuinely enjoy and feel like this is the best best way to experience the new direction that assassin’s creed is going. Especially under Valhalla, not necessarily under origins or odyssey but definitely under this new game! I give it a 4 outta 5!
