Jammu and Kashmir is state integral state of India(Bharat), where electoral process is exercised.
It is specifically quoted in the film that 'Indian Occupied Kashmir'.
We donot require certificate of occupancy for Kashmir.
So when it is Kashmir, it's India and there is area Pak occupied Kashmir (POK) which has to be mentioned seperately in that case if you need.
The director should know that this has hurt the viewers sentiments and take necessary action.
