It is experimental. They tried going against the norm by having no plot, no scenery, no lighting, no beginning, middle, end. I'd say the experiment failed. Some artsy types have written reviews about Skinamarink finding themes and hidden meanings. Don't let them fool you. It's not a movie. It is a rough sketch of a few abstract ideas. I watched the whole thing thinking of what it could have been but it was painful because it is very bad quality. It hurt my eyes straining to see if there even was an image on the screen.
