These two acted like they had no idea what they were doing. When considering a Reno always inspect the big three money pits first: Foundation, Roof, and Plumbing/ Electrical. As far as the restaurant the Food is the star. Let your menu tell the story, and the venue is the stage upon which it performs. No research. No design processe. No experience. Thank a higher power the Trades people new what they were doing. Hope they use the experience as a great learning experience, and find greater success in their future opportunities.
