I was just recently a kitchen manager @the rice street location. Horrible experience! When I started I was told my hrs were 8-2 & maybe later on Tuesdays & Thursdays. I was working 8-5 at least 4 days a week & was only given a 30 min break- for ar least 4mths. When I decided to speak up about the unspecified hours, the director didn't like it. 3wks ago me & one of the teachers assistant had an altercation & threatened each other(she specifically threatened me to the assistant director). I was wrote up & was offered to submit my resignation. I signed the write up. Up until yesterday the teachers assistant was/has not been wrote up! The director Tammy is NOT director material. Her communication skills are a 0. She tells everyone's business around the center. She used me because the infants & toddlers are almost always out of ratio. I once wrote a great review about my job etc- now I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to work at that location- unless there's a change of director!
