I knew they were gonna make some changes to the series, but how could they take out Michael Curry & Aaron Lightner when they are such huge characters in the books!!??! Also the best parts of the books are the Talamasca watching this family through the centuries from Scotland to Haiti and then Louisiana! Just skipped right past the history! I remember wishing for years that this would be made into a movie series or show and hearing how Anne Rice didn’t want it to be ripped apart. Now she’s gone and they just took all the hard work that she did to get the history timelines right out. You can tell that Anne Rice did her homework on the first 2 books too. Dam. That poor woman is probably rolling over in her grave!!
