I love this movie. Pearl is a character who is clearly not right and does some horrible things. But she’s so real, you connect to her character. See her express her passion and dream for becoming a famous actress while killing the people around her. You know she’s a bad person but you can’t help but root for her. want her to succeed to some extent. Sorry this review is so short and un-informative it’s 3:35AM. I can barely keep my eyes open

I like the first one better, this one kind of just felt like “the writers barely disguised fetish”

I watched this while experiencing psychosis and became really paranoid that someone was coming to kill me. 10/10 I can never watch it again

Spoiler warning. It’s pretty good but S2 is a little off. It starts to feel more like My Little Pony with how focused it is on friendship and trust. It does have more leftist political values and undertones so I wouldn’t recommend this to republicans. It sounds silly but there’s a lot of focus on acceptance. For example, in S1 the main plot is the antagonist trying to erase the animal hybrids. During that time the main crew runs into a younger butterfly boy whose parents had made him hide and bind his wings. Later in the episode he’s shown letting his wings show and stretch, accepting it as apart of himself. But overall it’s interesting enough and generally enjoyable. I’d rewatch it about once but not something i’d frequently go back to.

unless you’re an incredibly empathetic and emotional person, i can’t imagine how beast games is interesting. nothing to connect to, nothing to care about, and none of the actual games are outstanding. it’s just a show, maybe good background noise. i think if there had only been around 30 players it would be better. the audience would be able to spend time with players. develop feelings and emotions for them. i doubt that will ever happen though because clearly all Jimmy cares about is big numbers.
