Gone Again is a favorite. A 7-minute bongo-backed, dreamy guitar, relaxed, almost philosophical statement of Dino Valenti’s (written under pseudonym Jesse Oris Farrow) way of living and looking at the world in 1969-1970 San Francisco. Call it a hippie dream. I could never hear it too many times.

Uplifting and contemplative. Higher Than The World makes a spiritual statement about anyone and everyone’s ultimate greater destiny. One of my absolute, alltime favorite Van Morrison tunes. I listen to this album more than any other of his enormous body of work. Even more than the Moondance album. For jazz and fusion novices, this album serves as a worthy introduction.
