Despite what some of the professional critics are saying, I think the female characters were well represented showing all types of females from the scared young girls, confident women, gullible professionals, questioning professionals, and shrewd professionals. It also portrayed abortion protestors as both radical people and others as peaceful and loving. It showed church going people as both for and against abortion. Since this film is based on a book by a former director of planned parenthood, I think that representation is an inside view. If I read the credits right, the author was also involved in production. I think this film provides a unique perspective on the subject from a perspective not usually seen. I think it worth seeing and people can make their own decisions.
