This version is the best so far..as it gave details incidences that happened inside the plane and towards the avalanche and the journey of ethan hawke towards the end...it was truly amazing and the dramatization is high ..i felt their camaraderie although im sure their experienced was really harder in actuality..nothing can compare to what they endure cold weather alone is just unbearable..having to do what they have done ..eating human flesh ...sustain their hunger hence most of them survived the colds...one of the best true to life story i have ever seen....i dont watch zombie or fake horrors...more true to life movies..i gave 5 star....ALIVe...the title itself is a giveaway of the ending..

I gave it 4 star...the movie itself has no dull moment..as i watch it ..the true supergirl to which she was innocently played by slater ..indeed she has the appeal and charm of a girl in a womens body..looking so all american ...ofcourse faye dunaway did this comic but sinister role was so becoming of her and she did put spark in the movie..with her sidekick friend..equally famous as support..peter o toole landed a special part and played welll as support to supergirl....brenda bacarro was well portrayed as a dumb and funny support to selena... Although the movie does look a bit of B movie appeal..i still love that the ....supergirl into a fulll length movie classic.
