I saw this when it first came out, and was thrilled that they didn't sweeten the ending into some sort of Disney happy story. Like most of life, it's bittersweet. Happy, AND sad, and one persons sad is the happiest that another person can deal with. And that, to truly do someone else a favor, you have to do what THEY want or need. Not what you want it to be.

Massively underrated album, recorded by Jimmy because Meat Loaf's voice failed (?) at the recording studio. Money spent and obligations to meet, Jimmy stepped up and, at least, lowered the losses. Jimmy's a good tenor, strong voice, just not the ungodly voice of Meat Loaf. Personally I preferred Jimmy's version to the redone Meat Loaf versions.
