Sue Harper

One of the most disappointing books I've ever picked up. From the start, long paragraphs full of tedious political polemic, most of it naive, and tech jargon. Not a single likeable or relatable character. I couldn't make out if this was actually the author's worldview or the characters', it was that clumsy. The Birnam Wood group itself seemed pointless, and i still don't know what it was trying to achieve. Such a let-down from The Luminaries.
