James, I just received your User's Manual for the IPhone series 11 and I am at a loss to understand much of what you wrote that is supposed to make it easier to operate. You have some 20 pages of printing attesting to the ease there is in understanding how to operate these devices. However, there are no photos, drawings or other means of seeing what you are explaining. You speak of Hidden Tips and Tricks on their usage, yet I am at a loss to locate anything of use, as there is no way to easily find them. You have 20 some pages of large print with wide spaces between the lines which lead indirectly to where, I assume, you are trying to get the reader to find things. There are also some 15 unused blank pages that could easily have been ideal in placing photos or rough drawings which you could have pointed out with a pointer to guide the reader to what you are trying for them to see. To me, this has been a waste of money, as I found, through YOU TUBE, a very well done explanation of a plethora of information on so many absolutely astounding items. Maybe, in your next attempt to create an update of your work, you could fill those unused pages with helpful designs, instead of useless words for a book costing $14. Peter
