This company has put together a very nice looking book at a reasonable price, however, the pattern sheets in the middle are messed up and do not line up with each other. After spending 30 minutes on hold and waiting for them to figure things out I was told they could not help me with pattern sheets because I did not buy directly from them but through a distributer. I was also told if I repurchase and they still don't work that there is no reason to ask for help because that is just the way it is. Very poor customer service. I will take care of my customer, but they will NOT take care of me. I will no longer carry any of their products.
