Its American reality competition so you'll get the clutched pearl drama, last minute heart racing music, etc, but its toned down quite a bit. It seems like a lot of the episodes are just filler montages that reuse shots over and over again. Makes it look like the camera work/editing was lazy. Its still entertaining, but nothing I'd write home about. Better off watching the BBQ/Grilling shows on PBS's Create channel.
