This isn't Anthony Soprano's biopic, this was clear to me going into it, though based on the reviews not clear to many. This isn't fan service, and it isn't here to tie up any loose ends. This is a Sopranos story, more specifically a Dimeo story. It sets the tone for more Dimeo/Soprano stories and frankly that excites me. Take this more as a part one, rather than a all encompassing explanation of six seasons of television. Temper your expectations and just enjoy delving back into the world of the Dimeo crime family. There is a lot to be gleaned here and a few spectacular performances. Some humor, some subtext, and a good story(except Silvio, that was a bit SNL'ish)
