the author was the finance minister of greece during the time frame when the european union decided to squeez greece and make them and example, forcing austerity measures on them! whoever reviews the book and said ‘he has never run a small business . . .’ has never been the finance minister of a sovereign country! yanis not only can run a small business he can run it in his sleep. his level of understanding of economics is so far beyond the ‘small business’ model i feel embarrassed for whoever wrote that review. not only does he know what he is talking about, but he has the ability to theorize and see into the future of what power players like china, russia and the united states are trying to do in order to maintain their regional or world hegemony!
