The outdated subject matter is slow and tedious. The short, repetitive dialogue might make it suitable for English language learning, but that's about it. The acting is very artificial, and the character relationships are quite unusual. A desperate and ill woman, unaware that euthanasia is illegal in New York, drags a not-so-close friend into trouble, forcing them to be complicit and lie to the police!
Unfortunately, I have to say the film was extremely weak and bad.
