Face the Nation is another 'vanilla' interview format with little value to the viewer. The questions asked are simplistic and only an invitation for talking points to be offered. Either the the interviewer doesn't want to probe deeper or she is not adequately informed to claify inconsistencies or blatant inaccurcies by politicians being interviewed.
