You can tell this was done by people who know Mario and it’s legacy. There are so many nods to different aspects of the Mario games and spin-offs, from mario kart to super smash bros. There are also several Easter eggs throughout the movie like duck hunt, punch out, and more. This is the type of movie I wish I had when I was my kids age and it took 30 years to make up for the garbage movie I got in 93 but it was so worth it. I absolutely loved this movie. Your kids will love it because of how accurate it is and you’ll love it because of how nostalgic it is. Fantastic job!
