When the movie came out, I had all intentions of seeing it. Life and whatever got I the way and I forgot about it. After seeing “Origin”
this weekend, I would rank this masterpiece alongside the televised version of “Roots,” by the prolific Alex Haley. This is my opinion. Ms. Ava, you are magnificent!
