I’ve never left a review before on a movie or show, but this documentary only left me with more questions than answers. The filmmakers only spoke to current members of this cult and two former members along with the leader’s family, and they didn’t press any of these people on what they were saying. So I’m sitting here after watching with a half baked understanding of what I just saw and I’m googling what really happened. In just 5 minutes I’ve learned several things not included in this documentary. I just really wish they had covered the whole story.
