It could be longer but the concept is great. There’s a lot of hope and beauty in the songs/music when the world seems dark and crazy. It is a musical reprieve. “Pray” is the standout single but “Rainbow” is a short gut punch…. “I’ve had so many rainbows” will be my mantra going into the next few weeks. Feelslikeimfallinginlove is the album intro of what’s to come. A instrumentally minimal, upbeat dance song with strings, and a steady beat, that mimics the steady pulse of humanity … hoping we can all start falling in love.

With so many solid singles, albums, and incredible songwriting over the past decade. I pre-ordered this vinyl and regret it. After 3-4 listens all the way through top to bottom, this album feels rushed and disorganized. A theme or any sort of singular through line is missing unless you count the album itself as an, “Artificial Album”…. It’s just not enjoyable…. It feels like 2 solid singles, written for other things with 12 or 13 non impactful, B-Sides that were randomly cut from the last few albums…. And just mixed in a pot…. I may be wrong but this album feels like having leftovers 2 days after Thanksgiving…. The turkey will always be dry.
