Shrekus est Deus. My Brothers. Shrek asked us to not eat his children (The Onions) and in doing a non-onion diet he allows us to wallow with him in his swamp for eternity. for some it is a paradise, for others a prison.
In this film is the first coming of Shrek (Prophesied by the Donkey I) Those who hate this film are heathens who shall be denied entry into his Swamp. You should try to reason with the non--believers. But if they protest, cut them off. They are no longer your friends/spouse
Love this movie as Shrek loves us.
