My dad read this to me when I was about 10. I've read it maybe 15 times since. I love this book. So much character of the old west and frontier justice. The general philosophy of a rustler or murderer was when facing a rope it's better to shoot it out. If you like true west history with 6 gun slinging, campfires under the stars with your saddle as a pillow you'll love this book.
