So bad I had to leave the room. I sat through two episodes and feel like I've regressed mentally. The show tries so hard to be funny, squeezing the driest punchline in wherever possible yet misses the mark time and time again. I know that's part of the point, but it turns out corny and overplayed, a stark contrast to the subject matters discussed.
Amazed reading a review saying they laughed until they cried when she asked if the pyramids were built top to bottom. How much reefer do you have to smoke for that to be funny? A million dull lines, such as Cunk stating " the vandals would have travelled along here, past the coffee shop with the rude employees..." as if it's witty comedy. Unsure who the target demographic is and if it's even a joke. Painful.
It seems almost like they were trying to bring Karl Pilkington humour and had no idea how to manage it. Don't waste your time.
