The first six episodes had a somewhat solid, albeit cheesy and forgettable vibe, albeit unrealistic, as expected. However, the seventh episode took a nosedive into being the worst, most unrealistically terrible episode I've seen in a long time. It was so bad that I couldn't even muster the will to finish the series.
Initially, the seventh episode sets up these Damocles as the best of the best, capable of dispatching ten of Parque's men (assassins) in half a second, all with precise shots to the heart. So logically, taking out an unhealthy fury, an inexperienced fury, two dirty cops, and two solid killers should have been a walk in the park, especially since they attacked at night for an advantage. (There are five of these Damocles, and they're known for effortlessly eliminating even presidents.)
Yet, when they engage, it's a mess. They barely scratch any of the main characters, the mains miraculously conjure up more ammo when needed, and somehow survive a bomb exploding just five feet away (professional bomb). Meanwhile, the Damocles fail to survive a bomb 10ft away made together from household items found in the boonies.
If you enjoy heavy plot armor, 70s-style storytelling, and plain dumbness, then this show might be for you. But for those seeking coherence and realism, I'd advise steering clear.
