The plot was inconclusive- unclear what they were trying to have an emphasis on- the actual crime story or the humans/politics that were involved in solving it. Very weak ending- the scene with the protagonist and the killer was boring and total nonsense

Interesting plot. Boring and unexciting narrative. Was hard to concentrate on what's happening. With the better director could've been a hit IMO.
