I was hoping for a behind-the-scenes look at Jen's time in the White House as press secretary. Instead, this is more of a how-to book on effective communications and having difficult conversations that draws on her experience through her career including her time at the White House. It's just not what I wanted to read about and I was hoping for something "Spicier" (pun intended ๐).
