I found it very enjoyable, a good popcorn movie. Not my favorite of the series because Charlton Heston is not one of my favorite actors. It was a little insulting to me, that Nancy, played by Karen Black is still looked at "nothing but a stewardess". Actually she did the best flying of any one of the men. I know she was scared but she still did everything right, figured out the thrusters from the injured pilots clue. Trying every radio frequency. Then Heston arrives at the end to "Save the day". The passengers applauded her, but the men, even seeing how damaged the cockpit was, didn't profusely compliment her getting all that done with little training, just a lot of smarts and common sense.
