I like the fact the show doesn't follow the stupidity I see on some American cop shows where (for example) cops always yell to the perps when they are far away, always given them a chance to get away or to allow the cops to indulge in some contrived chase scene. Idris Elba hasn't had much of a stage to display his talents on in his American efforts, so this is the best we have right now. P.S; you might want to watch this in a different venue than BBC America which is notorious for hacking Brit TV to bits (censors).
