This is not my first paradox game, but it is my first time really playing a victoria series game. This game is much less intuitive than CK2 and is more akin to Stellaris and HOI4 in its depth and learning curve, but even compared to those games it is much more involved and requires playtime alone to truly understand the mechanics of the game. I really enjoy this game and although there are some issues I have full faith that paradox will remedy these and make this game an even more enjoyable experience. I would recommend this game to anyone who has a love of history and is looking to find a game that explores one of the most important eras in history.
