ABC really illustrated journalistic objectivity, to my mind. One example of that was the manner in which they laid out the story - letting me know what others knew as it was happening in real time over 20 years ago. I had no idea whether she did it - I only remember the John Walsh pitches from back then. By the end of 2020, when more facts were revealed, and when I watched the interviews of the Jury Foreman and the "holdout" juror who was "convinced," and the gun evidence, and the debunked testimony regarding the chest....and so much more - I was convinced she not only deserves a new trial, she needs to be exonerated! Excellent 2020. I hope this culminates into more than just an excellent piece. I hope this turns into progress someone who is fighting to clear her name. BRAVO 2020!

As a gay man who came along a generation later, this documentary helped fill in the blanks toward a better understanding of how social mores and early learned behaviors shaped the young minds of my parents and their peers - how young straights in the 50's towed the long line of attitudes and discriminitory acts expressed toward the lgbtq community. What a treasure! What a find!
