It could have easily been cut by an hour. A semi-realistic portrayal of the villains was interesting. I really got sick of all the rain. Does the sun ever come out in Gotham? So there went the semi-realism. I didn't have an issue leaving halfway to use the restroom, and never thought about what I may have missed. I found Pattenson's performance to be on one level, until the end of the film. For me ... too late!
