Uninspired dialogue, retread weaponry, tiresome daughter (Sigourney Weaver's). The family dynamic was like those of 60's sitcoms. Unlike the first Avatar, was never immersed in any character, plot or visuals. This movie did not need to take so long to tell the story. Can't speak on the ending - we left halfway through. The CGI was good but the 3D glasses created blurry corner imagery. I could tell within15 minutes I would not enjoy this movie. Summation in 3 words: BORING, BORING and BORING.
