I stayed for about 10 minutes on my first time watching. It feels draggy, slow, boring. Not mentioning the cinematic, color grading (not sure what is the term) of the movie..gloomy.
I somehow tried watching it again. The boringness only lasted for that first 10, 15 minutes but it logically moves to make sense. I got curious and started guessing what happened and is happening, which for me is a good indicator of a nice plot. It makes you think and start to feel for these characters.
The gloominess cinematic stays and I would say NEEDED. I think the gloomy mood is purposely created to represent the world the characters live in and what's making it so eerie as you piece the puzzle.
Just the kind of movie that made me sit for a good 5 minutes in shock staring at the screen as the credit roles and pondering on life.
Easy 5 stars.
Shame it's a flop.
