i give you- one of the worst skam remakes. the actors don't act like real teenagers. the scenes are staged and the lines don't read like how ACTUAL KIDS TALK. the writing is nothing compared to the original. and how could they write off this tacky teen drama as SKAM? not a remake because it does the original completely dirty but that is just my opinion, as an american who really wanted to like this show.

this show is incredible. i can not stress that enough. changed my life. every character is complex and has their own story to tell, and its tackling of issues surrounding teenagers of today is truly something i haven't seen in any other show. it feels real, and raw. and it doesn't shy away from the problems it takes on. this show is relatable and i couldn't recommend it more. it's realistic in a way that i have never seen in another show. it feels like you are watching kids in high school go through actual problems and that's a really special thing. for my american readers (i'm from chicago) , i was skeptical as well. what would i have in common with teenagers who live in norway? especially since i had never had much interest in foreign tv shows. but this show is like no other. i cried and laughed and screamed at the screen while watching it. PLEASE, give SKAM a chance.
