Truly overrated movie plot, with brilliant visuals and great background score.
It's a Simple Plot- Protagonist is a ruler. He gets overthrown by another heir via challenge. They defeat it. Now the villain wants to rampage a war. The protagonist has to gather himself for a comeback and regain the throne. He defeats the villain.
Loop holes - the villain here ACTUALLY DEFEATED THE HERO FAIR AND SQUARE, and BY RULE HE MUST BE THE NEW KING NOW. But the royal family and its subjects are already not happy with it. But HE WON FAIR AND SQUARE. Where is the Honour which is so much talked about in the wakanda tribe now? The Subjects of the new king are already plotting against him.
Its is not a new storyline. It has already been exploited earlier in so many movies. I think the rating is so high only because it was so hyped by critics, otherwise there isn't anything "new" except the fact that the cast was primarily black.
Music and Acting is great. Lupita, Danai, Letitia, and Michael B. Jordan as characters were strong. Visuals were at par with other marvel movies, nothing less can be expected from such a brilliant film manufacturing unit like marvel.
