Sinatra fueled his 1953-54 comeback with a new devil-may-care vocal delivery, far more flexible than his Dorsey or Stordahl recordings. This album and Swing Easy followed the highly successful Nelson Riddle-Sinatra singles I've Got the World on a String and Young at Heart, giving them a chance to program 2 cohesive 8-song sets. Capitol provided them clear and well-balanced sound which became more apparent as technology improved with each reissue.
