Greyhound just cancelled my 9pm trip at 1pm the same day. I had a round trip ticket and wanted to keep the return trip. When I called for a refund they said that I purchased a non refundable ticket and they couldn't refund me, even though they cancelled the trip not me. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and now I'm just trying to get my money back, let alone deal with the rest of my now ruined vacation. Save yourself a headache and go with someone else
