I honestly didn't expect anything from this movie at first, I just thought that it would be a cliche christmas film, but I had a better time watching it. This is the simple storyline. In an attempt to capture Santa on film, siblings Kate and Teddy Pierce ruins Christmas by mistake, but then they help Santa save Christmas back. In the journey they endure many things, most importantly, love. The plot itself was actually very simple, but sometimes simple movies which you can watch light-heartedly makes a perfect family movie. There were also really silly scenes, but those scenes were why it made the movie so fun!! Plus, Kurt Russell makes an excellent Santa. This movie made me smile constantly  because I was just like any other person in the movie who used to believe in Santa, and had Christmas wishes every year. Who hadn't thought of catching a glimpse of Santa staying awake all night? Who hadn't imagined of seeing Santa's giant sleigh with all those flying reindeers? I recommend anyone who reads my review to sit down with their family with some nice snacks, cuddle up all together and start watching.
