This is peak Koontz. I'm only on page 36 and there is already ESP, an unconventionally attractive male protagonist and a beautiful intelligent career woman, around 30, who cares for the child which he saves that is not his. If you liked midnight or many other of Koontz novels already safe to say you'll enjoy this.
